Taylor Salmi

Taylor has been with the cooperative since 2008. She became a Speech Language Pathologist in 2013 and was crazy enough to become an administrator in 2017 and has been our fearless leader ever since.

Taylor has a 15-year-old daughter and a 10- year-old son. In her spare time, she also runs a nonprofit organization in honor of her daughter Harlee. Taylor & her husband Matt have been married for 18 years...yikes!

Born and raised in Hot Springs, Montana, she loves small towns, sports, outdoor activities, and community service! Taylor has a passion for helping others and LOVES special education, even all of the paperwork and laws! Taylor will serve all 10 schools!

She loves the dynamic nature of the cooperative and traveling to all our different schools to help ensure all kids are getting the services they need to be successful!

Taylor loves working with different staff, students, and parents to develop plans that meet each kiddos unique needs. She is always happy to answer questions and problem solve! Feel to reach out via phone or email anytime you have a question or concern.

I have worked for the cooperative since 2008, and have been the director since 2017. I love traveling to all of the cooperative schools, hanging out with kids and developing relationships with school staff, parents, and students. I believe that education, and especially special education is built on a strong foundation of relationships. Having good relationships allows us to develop and implement excellent programs for our students that meet their needs and allow them to make consistent progress towards their goals. I encourage everyone to reach out to me with questions and concerns and I am happy to work through those with you.
